         <description><![CDATA[<div>He creates these large sound suits for people and it basically camouflages the body, masking and creating a second skin that conceals race, gender, and class, forcing the viewer to look without judgment. They hide who the person really is. I believe he's just targeting how people are so quick to judge what's on the surface.</div>]]></description>

Her work is in response to the media accusing the black families for the town's decline.&nbsp;<br><br>"In our portraits I view my grandmother, mother, and me as one entity of time existing in the history of Braddock. We are like markers on a historic time line existing through three different socioeconomic periods"<br><br>She uses photography against the media and government for crime against her town.&nbsp;<br><br>"Photographs have the potential to change minds and hearts. Artists, activists, and citizens together can advocate for justice but what we truly need laws that work for people over corporations."</div>]]></description>

This work is representing Treyvon and the day he was killed. He is wearing a hoodie, his shoe is sticking out of the bottom of the sculpture. The beads are in the color of skittles, what he was buying at the time of the shooting. It servers as a memorial to him.  </div>]]></description>

This is his second series of instruments, which can be programmed through computers and are capable of playing prepared musical performances. The weapons keep their most recent look, but no longer pose as a threat.&nbsp;<br><br>He notes that its not just repurposing the weapons, its recognizing the lives they may have taken.
