For a student we wrote "transfer for 24-25 year only" will they need to re-apply for a transfer as usual? who needs to let the family know this will not be an automatic transfer continuance? similar for PK students who had requested a transfer, do those families know that they need to complete one for kinder?

Let's say a student attended our campus in the past and was not approved for a transfer the next year due to behavior, meaning they are not currently a student at our campus and would not have a current revocation on file. How do we ensure they are not approved for a transfer to our campus next year?
