         <description><![CDATA[<div>Their mission is to make children aged 6-15 feel happy. They match children who might speak English as a second language with mentors aged 16-29. Their mentors act as role models to them which might include: taking them out to sporting events, playing basketball with them, and shopping and helping with school work etc. The peer project takes time to match children with the right role model to make them feel most comfortable and accepted. Both children and mentors can learn lots of life lessons from this experience.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The main job is mentoring the children which can start at the age of 16, there are other jobs in the main office which includes the head of the peer project. The peer project does go through some intensive training, but to have a good with these kids, cannot be taught.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Funds are allocated very efficiently at the peer project. 80% of their funds go towards charity events while 16% is used for other expenses an fundraising. Only 4% is used for administrative purposes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The peer project has 98% success rate and have helped over 1000 children. Considering this I believe that they have a great program. These children have all stayed safe and happy since becoming involved with the program.</div>]]></description>
