- Tiêm MgSO4 : Thỏ lờ đờ , người mềm nhũn , thở chậm mắt lồi ra niêm mạc nhợt , đầu gục xuống , tai đỏ tím hiện gân 
- Tiêm CaCl2 : Thỏ dần trở về bình thường
GIẢI THÍCH : Khi thừa MgSO4 sẽ ức chế thần kinh trung ương làm giảm trương lực cơ gây lờ đờ mệt mỏi khó thở
KẾT LUẬN 
- MgSO4 và CaCl2 có tác dụng đối lập trên trương lực cơ .
- Magie Sunfat làm giảm còn Calci Clorua làm tăng trương lực cơ.
ỨNG DỤNG : 
- Magie sunfat dùng để tiêm tĩnh mạch cho tiền sản giật , làm giảm magie máu , điều trị loạn nhịp tim nặng . Còn dùng theo đường uống giúp nhuận tràng.
