I putted the two pictures on photoshop, i changed the resolution and with the lasso tool I brought my picture over the other picture ( celebrity and career).
I used the tool transform a lot to change the size and to rotate it.
with the paintbrush tool i erased the parts that weren't necessaries and after that i changed the colors and brightness.
