During my internship I happened to be joined by very good and patient tutors, but once also with tutors a little distracted, focused on their work and did not give me enough attention. As a tutor I would be very attentive to the kids, I would explain them all the nursing procedures with precise and clear words, I would be a little demanding but also patient, I would try to understand them and make them do, where possible, both the theoretical and practical part. I would maintain a certain formal distance, but nevertheless I would be understanding, kind, demanding and patient. For me during the course of nursing studies is very important part of the internship, for this reason I also want to train as a clinical tutor. Teaching students everything they need to be a great nurse. A very formative experience I did at the hospital of "Tor Vergata" in the department of Pneumology (respiratory diseases) where I was with fantastic tutors. They were three nurses: two girls and a boy, in particular I was with one of them named Emanuela. She was very kind and helpful, has a great nursing background. She is precise in her work, she demanded a lot from me: order, hygiene, sterility, dexterity and punctuality. With me she was always understanding, explained all the procedures and made me do a lot of practice. He demanded a lot but it helped me to train and grow. Thanks to her I learned to be kind to patients, precise and clean during procedures, attentive to details and to have a clinical eye towards them.
