I like to listen to podcasts and audiobooks, and have found that I can absorb information very quickly through listening. 
2) I enjoy writing my thoughts down to expand and explore them.
3) Note-taking is absolutely crucial for me in retaining and learning information. 
4) Brevity is sometimes a struggle for me when learning. I need time and space to work through my ideas before they can become concise and clear to others. 
5) My most prominent personal bias when absorbing information is that of deference towards the status-quo. I tend to see the value in how things currently are, and change can sometimes be daunting or feel hostile.
