The first time I have read 'You Will Never See Me Fall' by Joyce Alcantara, the poem immediately touched my heart and provided strength in my weakening soul. There was a tough year where I went through a lot of struggles in my family, social life, academics, and business. It was difficult for me to act strong especially that at my young age, I believed that everything and everyone was turning their backs on me.

Remembering the lines from the poem allows me to reflect on the happenings in my life. I felt that the author has the same experience as mine which made me think that I am not alone. I consider it as the most life-changing text because I became more positive, determined, and hopeful as time goes by and as challenges continue to arise. "You may see me struggle, but you won't see me fall" has become a mantra for me when I'm feeling down.

If I hadn't had the opportunity to read this poem, I might still be the weak one from a few years ago. Therefore, reading texts is really vital because every word has a significant impact on one's soul. Words are more than just words; they can be with you when no one else can. These are something you can hold onto when everyone else's hands let go of you. Lastly, it can motivate you to become a better and stronger version of yourself.

For some reason this makes me motivated because spider-man is really a teen badass character.

I don't read that much but reading makes you entertained with imaginations and thoughts of other persons while also improve your understanding & reading skills which is important.

There is this one quote from Russel Barkley, a psychologist.
"People who need the most love, often ask for it in the most unlovable ways" and I stand by that. because as I have observed people, there are a lot of people who lash out and or are very irritable and unreasonable and the truth is that they really just need a lot of love. And I'm not saying this to excuse their behavior or for us to put up with that behavior like that. But I do think that having that in mind can help us become more passionate and have more empathy for people in general. Reading doesn't always have to be in an academic sense but the ability to read people, their reasons, their myriad of personalities is a precious tool anyone of us can learn to make the world a little less painful to live in.

I could say that 'The Taste of Sky' written by ventrecanard has made my views in life vast. I admire how righteous the female lead is. And I am also amazed of how the male lead loved her so much. Although he ended up dead in an asteroid explosion, sacrificing himself for earth and for his love, Behati with their child. This text made me realize why reading is vital in one's life. A text is something that could make you feel a lot of emotions, and I need to feel those emotions because I'm addicted to crying my heart and letting my emotions free at night. Reading is needed everywhere since every signage, the bank notes, the menu in a restaurant, all need to be read.

The text that had the most impact or life changing to me was the story from wattpad “Will you cry when I die?” is the title of that story and I cannot recall who the author was, but the story was so wonderful. The genre of this story is fantasy and mystery. Every chapter of this story has a short poem that makes you realize that dying is a moment in life where everyone will start to love you. It will make you feel how special you are. It gives me the feeling of sadness and how life could be. It changes how I look at situations, especially in problems.

Reading is important because it gives information or experience in person. It also gives entertainment and sometimes a person who reads, seeks emotion in reading. And for me, reading is a way of relaxation to me. It gives the feeling of traveling to another world. It gives joy in reading a story, seeing what others think and how they feel even if they are not existing or how the author makes the story.

This story focuses on a boy and a tree with a special bonding right when the boy was still young. Because the boy was slowly growing up, the distance between the boy and the tree became bigger. In the end, due to the tree's love and care for the boy, the tree was ready to give everything even itself just for the boy's needs.

This story helped me changed my life for the better because it taught me how to never expect anything in return when you give something.

There are a lot of quotes that moved my heart in different occasions. I couldn't find it anywhere but I have this little quote that helped me write my new year's resolution, "if you don't feel pressured, you are not doing enough."

During those moments, I'm mortified about adulthood and my responsibility as the eldest of the family. I'm pressured about the road I'm taking, the decisions I'm making, and the risk I'm about to make. I know to myself that my plan is big, I don't know if I'm capable to do it or I'm out of my mind. But when I heard that quote, it relieves my heart that everything is alright. Then it reminds me of Robert Frost's poem, The Road Not Taken. It's better to choose the path that takes up risk, at least moving forward, you will be satisfied with the decision you made. In the words of Deshauna Barber, "Do not fear failure, but please, be terrified of regret."

I consider it as life-changing because this phrase really motivated and sparked many realizations within me.

During my 16 years of existance, I've realize that some things may not always go according to plan and there are many risks and sacrifices along the way so you just have to make sacrifices and take risks to make your ambitions come true.

Rivera, Rhizza

“You really didn't see the sadness or the longing unless you already knew it was there. But that was the trick, wasn't it? Everyone had their disappointment and their baggage; only, some people carried it in their inside pockets and not on their backs.”
― Maggie Stiefvater

It's not the same statement, but it conveys the same concept; I saw it in a movie, but I can't recall the title. This paragraph is quite detailed. You may give it significance in a variety of ways. However, for me, the message is the acceptance of everyone because we do not all have the same experiences and methods of living. We may also learn to be appreciative, forgive, and be prepared since the owner sometimes forgets what is truly in it. And if you show them what's inside your baggage and that you know the limits of each one, they could be dissatisfied or lose you in time.

This text altered my perspective on acceptance, perspective, and judging others. That some people truly do merely hide their genuine feelings, while others broadcast it to everyone, and so on. This text made me recognize the mistakes I've made in the past, the disappointment I've felt without knowing why he/she did it. So, for me, this passage encourages me to be more open-minded and cautious with my words.
