Child Labor has been occurring fo rthat past 10 years so far...has the problem of child labor escalated or decreased? It has decrased.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In 2006, infact cocoa workers did go on strike. They held back their crops to protest being paid such low amounts. In West Africa, they produce 40% of the worlds cocoa beans, but don't get a fair amount of money. The workers did not like this, so they decided to go on strike.
