I think it is a helpful tool to give an idea of how a word can be pronounced by native English speakers. Granted, this is just one dialect of English, but it is a place to start.

This is an iphone/ipad app that specifically provides American English pronunciation practice. It gives the pronunciation for all of the sounds in the English language and has a section where learners can record (but does not save the recording) and practice their pronunciation (in words and sentences). A learner also inputs their native language for the app to translate any English words or sentences that a learner may not understand. The focus is mastering native-like pronunciation in individual sounds.
Here is a link to the app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pronuncian-english-pronounce/id1436241871

This is a language exchange app for mobile phones. It has a website too. As Italki, it's good for outside help and to talk to native speakers of any languages around the world, with the big advantage that you can talk to other people for FREE. Usually you help other people with your language while you receive help in their language. You can set the age, the language and even the countries you are interested in reaching (let's say, you only want to be exposed to American English). I highly recommend this app, I always found interesting people who helped me with English and Portuguese (the languages I was trying to improve).

This app/website is a high-variability phonetic trainer. It plays English vowels and consonants pronounced by different speakers, asks you to choose which vowel or consonant was pronounced, and then gives feedback on your answers. It trains listening rather than pronunciation, but improvements in perception sometimes result in improvements in production. It is not so much for teaching as it is learner-based, but it could possibly be used as a supplement to class material. It also teaches English IPA symbols!
EnglishAccentCoach.com

According to the website, this app helped 90% of people pronounce more clearly, 68% of people speak more easily, and 100% of people feel more confident. I think the confidence part is especially important because when a language learner is confident they are more susceptible to learning. The app itself is simple, easy to navigate, and cute/eye catching.
https://elsaspeak.com/en/

This app was originally just a dictionary, but now it has many new features for English learning. For pronunciation specifically, it allows you to listen to utterances from authentic movie clips (natural English) and read after them. After that, you can post and contrast your audio with the original one. The app will show you which words in the sentence were mispronounced. Users can see all the posts and comment on them. It updates new sources every day, which keeps the learning process fun. This app is very use user-friendly since it doesn’t require any phonology knowledge to start. Besides, the app provides a great amount of free listening sources with mini quizzes. As listening is helpful for oral production, it makes the app even more beneficial.
Link to App Store: https://apps.apple.com/cn/app/youdaodict/id491854842?l=en&mt=12
