Physical Examination-
(External) Head and Neck: Left eye- Cloudy, Blood vessels in both eyes-Swollen,  Plaque buildup on teeth.
Trunk: Left kidney pale, Right kidney normal.
(Internal)Gray/Blue fingernails,
Gastrointestinal System: The mucosa and wall of esophagus are intact and grey/pink, without lesions or injuries.
