You sat up once you were able to see you realized it was your two siblings; Novalyn and Llyod “Piss off” You clutched a pillow covering your face this was Erin's time to regain herself Floch broke up with you 2 weeks ago saying he found someone better it screwed with you because for half y'all relationship he was with her secretly the day after you the break up you went to his girls' house with a knife. Nova was there to stop you because she ain’t think you'd go that far but she was the one who offered the idea. Llyod was over it he picked you up putting you over his shoulders “Grab her something” He grumbled as you kicked and punched him over and over begging him to let go

“I don’t wanna go” you wailed “No everyone's gonna be there, hun” Nova responded to my comment with the brightest smile holding a pair of clothes up

“And nigga you’ve been gone for a damn year” Lloyd added on, Lloyd placed you down letting you think for a good three minutes “Fine.” snatching the outfit out of Nova's hand and getting dressed in the bathroom which made Nova let out a little mutter out of anger, you swiped on a little bit of lip gloss on placing your hair in two- low ponytails grabbing the bottle o oil and spouting some out on your scalp you walked out the bathroom y'all walked out the room

When you turned the corner to go downstairs uncle Levi scowled at the three of y’all “And where are y’all headed..?” Levi complained he didn’t care if y’all left but then he’d have to worry about our father worrying and he didn’t have time for it “I’ll let y’all leave but don't put me in this bullshit” He tossed Nova her keys letting us all leave. We scurried out of the house hopping into Nova Jeep. It happened to be the perfect shade of purple; dark Nova treated this like it was her child, Nova connected her phone to the aux starting to drive out the driveway (u can play the song now). “SHE SAY SHE GOT A MAN I ACT DEAF ION HEAR HER” Erin shouted the lyrics out loud “COME IN GIRL STOP PLAYIN LET ME PUT IT IN YOUR LIVER” Nova started singing along then Llyod jumped in” EAT WHAT'S IN MY PANTS BABY DONT GOTTA GO TO DINNER” We was halfway to cascades blasting music “ I STOLE HER HEART THOU SHALL NOT STEAL IM SORRY” “IM A SINNER” Nova sang another part of the song, It was fun having moments like this, I miss this we finally pulled up as our favorite part of the song came on “She loves me” I looked at Nova, “She loves me not”She looked back at Lloyd “Nigga I ain’t finna say that long as verse” We both giggled. As soon as you pulled up to the crowded parking lot, you were greeted with a bunch of lowriders, different types of motorcycles, and people gathering around for the rink's doors to open for tonight's skate. Music was blasting from this one low ride in particular where a bunch of people was at. Llyod and Nova knew them since as soon as they saw them, Nova stood up through the sunroof and greeted them, loudly. You looked confused. “Who are they??” Erin asked Nova glancing in her direction “Niggas from school” Nova leaped out the car as you did too Llyod was already out, you grasped your phone checking the time you had a text message it was from Sasha

You glanced away from your phone smiling, you pulled a cherry-flavored lollipop out of your pocket. You placed it in between your plump lips waiting for Sasha “ERIN!! OMG” A friendly voice ran towards you, You gave her a hug it was Sasha “You looked amazing” Sasha cried “You do too!”

Y’all grinned for a while “Is Nov and Llyod here?” she questioned as you smiled and nodded. “They went to talk to some friends.” Erin told her “I’m sorry I barely text you” Sasha chuckled rubbing the back of her neck “No worries ! We'll have plenty of time to catch up.” embracing her one more time “come with me I have people you'll be happy to see." She grasped your arm before you could even agree to come with her and walked over to a Camaro 1969 where a few other people were assembled. “Look who it is guys” Sasha clamored with a huge smile “Is that Erin?!”Two females ran to you hugging you “Hey Mikasa, Ymir” You embraced them back. Eren, Jean, and Armin showed up hugging you shortly after they began questioning you, you answered all of them.

Everyone walked in laughing like old times as you walked in and the speakers began to play Run it. Erin walked over to the big neon red sign that said skates here ”Can I get a size 6?” You showed a close-eyed smile, a frown showed upon your face shortly after tears slowly formed. His girl was a gingered-head, white girl she was wearing creased air force 1s with a red, yellow, and a blue colored shirt that had a name tag saying "Anna" she wore black pants 

He always said If he left me he’d go to a white girl I ain't never think he was like deadass serious, Floch's eyes had opened wide as if he saw a ghost you two glanced at each other. Dilemma by Nelly came on the speakers when y'all first met it was here this song was playing “Here” Anna's voice spoke in an aggravated manner. You looked over to see a cup with something in it you grabbed your skates putting them on still at the desk “Floch, Fuck you” As you picked up the cup tossing it at the two skating away, your eyes filled with tears you bumped into a figure “I’m..sorry” sniffling and brushing your tears “You all good mama” His deep voice penetrated you inside You glanced up at the person and your eyes instantly enlarged. He looked amazing. The boy had freckles that coated his cheeks and pierced button nose; he had a silver hoop that was placed between a pair of hazel eyes you'd gaze into them for hours if you had a chance. His hair was in a short buzz cut still having a good amount of hair left and you caught his eyebrow slit on his left eyebrow. 

You gave him a smile skating away, you grabbed your hello-kitty wallet out of your pocket you had this thing since you was six and gosh you loved it you skated to the snake bar it had a huge neon blue sign “Look who’s back” A familiar feminine voice hopped over the counter pulling you into her “IMANI!” You kissed her cheek softly as she kissed yours back you and her

had been friends since diapers y’all even had a trio group “You look amazing” She smiled hugging me again “You do to hun” 

“Now what’s all this commotion?” An older man came out of a room when she saw you. He smiled “I’m happy, you’re back Erin” as he said that you hopped over the counter hugging him as tight as you could. You handed him a 20 “Can I get a cherry Slurpee and some skittles? Please Mr. Barns” You wailed you haven’t had a good Slurpee in a while he placed the 20 back in your hands walking over to get the things ”How have you’ve been sir” 

“Well I’m still alive and here” He chuckled as Imani joined in “How has those darn troublemakers been” Mr. Barns laugh again he meant Nova and Lloyd they’d start fights at cascades for no reason “They out there skating” “Well go join em, and you too Imani” He gently pushed y’all away giving you your stuff “Go have fun I got the bar, Imani” 

“Thank you, sir” Her voice was light and she skated away as y’all talked. You told her about Floch and what just happened then you told her about the guy “Did you get his number?!” She exclaimed “No” You soughed “Oh wait, I'ma go to the bathroom I'll be back” She left quickly you watched her as you slurped your slush

“Yo”

A male who was shorter than you skated up to you “Hi” Erin gave him a fake smile

"Why don't you come to skate with me lil mama I can show you different techniques ?" He showed a menacing smirk

You looked him up and down inhaling and exhaling before responding. "I'm good, not into guys shorter than me"

"C'mon girl. Let me show you a move or two." By now, the unwanted stranger was starting to get a little closer than you would've liked.

 "I could've sworn I said I'm good, I don't like you nor will I ever like you." 

The dude sucked his teeth. "You come home and start actin' boujee mann you wanna be new after going to that rich (edit) "

"Nigga I don't know you," you cut him off before putting your hand in his face, before walking away. His hands grab onto your wrist not letting go he kept tightening his grip at this point you were scared if your wrist was gonna snap. "Let (edit) go I ain’t got time for this"

  

The man who was holding your wrist let go “N...Never mind” He ran off stuttering he started to mumble curse words it was funny to you 

you looked behind you it was the guy from earlier “Sorry did I ruin something” He scratched the back of his neck with what I'd call the sweetest smile ever

“No” You understood the reason he was behind you was because of that guy

“You good?” skating towards you with a that same smile 

“Mhm” You skated to him so he didn’t have to take so long “You’re Erin correct?” His eyes flared a look of interest “Yup and you are?”You were irritated at the guy from earlier “Connie but call me Constance, So you were at a rich white school?” 

“Were.” You shoot out gaining a smirk from his lips. You didn’t know what irritates you more the fact that he acts like he knows you or his tone “Bye” You skated off into the rink where everyone was, you heard a pair of wheels behind you. It was Constance again. He grabbed your hips “Skate with me, mama please” You took his hands off your waist as you notice 2 girls coming up to him asking to skate “Seems like your busy” Erin gave him a sly smile catching up to Nova and Lloyd “I saw you talking to Constance, ain’t he finee” Nova looked at me with a smirk dragging out the e's in fine as the 3 of y’all skated you told them what happened 

“Erin!” Imani skated to us as fast as she could in a whole new outfit “Sorry for leaving you, I wanted to change” she peeked over “Hey Lloyd, Nova” She smiled as everyone said hey back “I texted Nana, he invited me to his place you tryna come?” She skated alongside me “You still speak to him, I mean sure I'd like to see him” 

Before we all left Sasha asked everyone if we should be in a group chat everyone agreed. Constance came up to me “So I'm havin a party on Friday, and I wan-”

“No.” Erin shot out before he could even complete his sentence

“I’ll make her come” Imani and Nova spoke in unison

“I’ll see all of you guys on Friday” Connie spoke he came up to me “I’ll be happy to see you there” whispering in your ear, you could feel him grin as he said that.

And boy oh boy did that make your heart skip a few beats Erin dismissed him displaying a fake smile, You and Imani got in the car together driving to Nana's place as she blasted music Once you got there you only stayed for 20 minutes telling him everything that, he lived in a nice apartment the door unlocked Constance walked in “Look at the time, Imani let’s go” pulling her by the arm as you passed Connie he smirked whispering again in your ear “If you missed me just say so” Erin dragged Imani all the way to her car offered to drive me home still blasting her music.

You got home around 9:54 as you sat on your bed you couldn't stop thinking of Connie's words and how they made you ad your body feel

"Constance.." Erin let out a smirk laying back down on her bed repeating his name over and over
