Il nostro sito serve alle persone che vorranno evitare di buttare via il cibo, potranno scoprire nuove ricette con il cibo riciclato e le persone potranno comprare e utilizzare il cibo in modo responsabile.
Il sito non serve ed è inutile per le persone che non hanno tempo da dedicare e non hanno praticità in cucina e non sarà consultato dalle 
persone che non sanno usare il web!
Il nostro sito aiuterà le persone e la Terra, senza buttare il cibo facendo mangiare tutti e senza fare surriscaldare la Terra.

Global goals 12

Il global goal che abbiamo scelto è il 12 e mira a raggiungere modelli di consumo e produzione responsabili, un obiettivo irrinunciabile per la sopravvivenza del pianeta. 
Il “sistema Terra“ non è in grado di sostenere lo sfruttamento indiscriminato delle risorse messo in atto oggi dall’uomo. 
È necessario ristabilire l’equilibrio tra produzione e consumo, in modo che a ogni primavera il pianeta possa offrire ai suoi abitanti la rinnovata quantità di risorse dell’anno precedente.
I dati raccolti dall’ONU riguardo a questo obiettivo di sostenibilità sono preoccupanti. 
Un primo aspetto critico è il costante peggioramento della cosiddetta material footprint (“impronta materiale”), vale a dire la quantità di materie prime utilizzate per soddisfare la domanda di consumo finale di ogni bene consumato (es. grano, riso, mais, cereali, carni, frutta, verdura, radici e tuberi, legumi, idrocarburi, elettricità, acqua.) 
Si tratta di un indicatore che rileva le pressioni esercitate sull’ambiente per sostenere la crescita economica e soddisfare i bisogni materiali delle persone.
Nell’arco di circa 30 anni, l’impronta è passata da 43 miliardi di tonnellate nel 1990 a 54 miliardi nel 2000 e a 92 miliardi nel 2017. 
Si è quindi registrato un aumento del 70% dal 2000, anno dal quale Il tasso di estrazione delle risorse naturali è decisamente accelerato. 
E la previsione per i decenni futuri è drammatica: se non si invertirà la tendenza, l’indice raggiungerà i 190 miliardi di tonnellate entro il 2060.

Our site tries to inform people not to waste food by recycling it.
Creating recipes and giving advice on how to invent new dishes with leftover food.
Our site is for people who want to avoid throwing away food and discover new recipes with leftover  food: people will be able to buy and use food responsibly.
The site is useless for people who do not have time to dedicate and have no practical skills  in the kitchen and will not be consulted by
people who don't know how to use the web!
Our site will help the Earth because it will help people avoid throwing away food that could still be useful.

We have chosen Global Goal 12, which aims to achieve responsible consumption and production models, an indispensable goal for the survival of the planet.
The "Earth system" is unable to sustain the indiscriminate exploitation of resources implemented today by man.
It is necessary to re-establish the balance between production and consumption so that each spring,  instead of running out of resources,  the planet can offer its inhabitants the renewed amount of resources for the entire years. 
The data collected by the UN regarding this sustainability goal are worrying.
A first critical aspect is the constant worsening of the so-called material footprint, that is to say the quantity of raw materials used to satisfy the final consumption demand of each good consumed (eg wheat, rice, corn, cereals, meat, fruit, vegetables, roots and tubers, legumes, hydrocarbons, electricity, water.)
This is an indicator that detects the pressures exerted on the environment to support economic growth and meet people's material needs.
Over the span of about 30 years, the footprint went from 43 billion tons in 1990 to 54 billion in 2000 and to 92 billion in 2017.
There has therefore been a 70% increase since 2000, the year in which the rate of extraction of natural resources definitely accelerated.
And the forecast for future decades is dramatic: if the trend is not reversed, the index will reach 190 billion tons by 2060.

Nella nostra esperienza di lavoro di gruppo abbiamo imparato a fare ognuno la propria parte e a lavorare insieme.
E’ stata una esperienza molto significativa per la nostra giovane età.

Se potessimo, anche con la creazione di un sito, cambiare le nostre usanze e farsì che il cibo non venga sprecato saremmo tutti più soddisfatti e il pianeta terra ci sorriderebbe.
