This poem relates to Walter because it talks about what happens when a dream is different then what you think or what you want it to be. Or being in pain because something didn't work out the way you wanted it too. And In Raisin In The Sun Walter thinks he is going to open up his own liquor store but in reality it just doesn't happen. And at times he use to wonder why things weren't going his ways. Therefore this poem can relate to Walter in multiple ways.

This quote supports the them in multile way. One is it tells you that a dream you have wont come true over night. It takes a while for it to even take effect. Another way is that it says it takes hard and dedication for the dream to happen. And that it doesn't just happen all of a sudden.
