- In terms of countries, besides EU MS, we should seek to involve associate countries also
- couldn't quality management be considered within the project management, as an individual task? not sure we need a full workpackage for QM

- being a RIA involving experimentations with citizens, IMO it would be more relevant to have a WP dedicated to Ethics Management

We had a good discussion about this, Ana, and the idea is that it is more convincing to have them separate (WP1-administration, budget, etc, and a separate WP for quality management to ensure the high quality of the operations.)

thanks ana for the question, the same one in fact had by Maja in our group A. the reason is that yes, by a substancial view you're right but there are reason advising to keep it separated: 1. it is not usually run by the coordinator but by another partner; 2. it has its own large activities who suggest a dedicated WP to be presented and commented; 3. it is part of the four so called transversal activities which in fact as per a standard of project writing are kept separated: management, quality, exploitation and dissemination

Initial additional thoughts on impact evaluation principles for WP5:
Important for the evaluation structures to be ITERATIVE, that is more than just a comparability of results, but rather a continuing reflection process with feedback loops and certain levels for re-adjusting certain activities throughout the project lifecycle (experiments, co-creation activities, stakeholder engagement, individual level behaviour change, etc). Also important to have robust feedback management processes to enable mutual learning between the countries and sites for experiments.
Making use of the MoRRI indicators in evaluation structures

Please, have a reflection whether we may think to design a set of mobilities along the duration of the project. I think to citizens and artists visiting other similar groups within the partners' countries in order to have a trans-national co-creative process. This would be much beneficial for the quality of the proposals BUT only if it will be greatly, logically integrated into the whole proposal's balance
