-the Articles of Confederation established no National Executive which caused for a loss of rule among the states. This caused trading with foreign countries to be extremely difficult as well as quarrels between states. They also had no power to establish law and instead they let the states individual governments enforce law. 
-one of the biggest weaknesses in the Articles of Confederation was having no judicial branch or court system, the government had no way to establish disputes among states.

With the confederation only holding one body of power they decided to give each state one vote, this gave the states too much individual power and took over the main goal of central power. The Articles of Confederation showed its greatest weakness when Shay's Rebellion happened. People were fed up with the poor laws and ways the Articles of Confederation governed people. This led to a tax protest and a militia rise up against the government. With the Articles of Confederation having no power to tax it felt with many financial problems which later led to its failure. The country was no longer allowed to pay debts which caused them to print ore money which hurt the economy even more. The Articles of Confederation had issues with raising money. The Articles of Confederation had the power to make money however each state used a different currency or type of money.
