Interesting presentation. I am very curious about the creative writing exercise. Can you clarify if all participants were asked to write something? Were they all asked to not use AI and then use AI? It will be good to explain how that segment of the study was conducted and how were the write-ups analysed.

A timely topic. I like that you went beyond descriptive analysis and ran some correlations. You acknowledge the possibility of the opposite direction being true: strong family bonds lead to children feel they can use TikTok if they want to. What made you not test this alternative direction instead? Also, you measured quality time and closeness with single items, do you think your findings may be more nuanced if you used scales that may reflect more of the concepts you're interested in? Did you ask participants if their siblings/parents also use TikTok?

RVHSP3: Your slides were well made and we liked the part about research findings as you went in depth to explain how each question/chart relates to your research! We feel like you can explore a bit more with your literature review! But we do like that fact that you engaged the different literatures together, which is something our group can actually improve on too.

This is a good project! Congratulations. I appreciate the effort to get a relatively good number of participants, combining online and in-person surveys. Good use of an established measure of well-being. I suggest adding a theoretical framework. Doing so will also help you narrow down your results and keep the study focused.

Great introduction - personalising it, making it a story and real life connection, and good presentation throughout

It is a very significant issue, given the huge mental health and wellbeing issues among youth in Singapore. I look at it from the lens of cyber wellness

I haven't really seen WA considered in relation to this issue, so it is a very useful addition to the research

Something to consider: It also relates to online harms such as cyberbullying and other types of online harassment - you can bring it under these literature as well

Focus on males is important due to issues of toxic masculinity and the issues faced by young adolescent males
