Gender Reassignment

It is important that everybody is accepted by what sexuality they choose. Wether they were born a boy or a girl and choose to transform into the opposite sex if they are not happy in their own body.

To stop discrimination from proceeding everybody should be educated about gender reassignment; hopefully this will stop people from being judgemental and gain knowledge knowing of different sexualities.

Marriage & Civil Partnership

A couple who are the same sex want to get married they are unfortuneatly unable to get married

as it is against the law. This is indirect discrimination everybody should be treat equally and with respect.

Race

You cannot say one race is better than another because of there nationality or background.

To avoid this you should treat people fairly, you should not employ someone just because of their race if you do this can be taken further and end up quite serious.You should only judge someone on what they bring.

Religon & belief

If someone assumes that they are a terrorist because they are asian or wearing

a burka/head scarf as part of their dress code in their religon this is discrimination.

Disability

If there is no lifts in a college/school for people who have a visual impairment and they had no

other option but to use the stairs they could fall over and severely injure themselves. The lifts should be in place, mainly for people

who have disabilities or their lessons should be taken on the ground floor so the service users have easy access to go where they have to be.

Sex

If somebody says nursing is a woman's job this isn't right because a woman and man can do the same as eachother. If someone is being employed as a nurse they should be judged on skills and experience & not be judged wether they are a female or a male.

Sexual Orientation

If someone was showing affection to their partner(same sex) and people were giving them looks

or saying horrible things to them which could hurt their feelings this is discrimination(harassment) They should

respect who people choose to be with and what they want.

Not allowing ladies to breastfeed(i.e in a coffee shop)

The owners of the coffee shop shouldn't allow people to take the mic out of women who breast feed, they should challenge people taking the mic out of them and ladies should be allowed to breast feed

wherever they go.

People should be treated equally for a job role just because they are a certain age they can still overcome the tasks and roles of a job that a person any other age can do i.e

a person who is 18 years old working as an evening cover cleaner shouldnt be told they cannnot be taken on for a permanent role because the other 18 year old that works there doesn't do the job

properly, is always on their phone, doesn't listen to the supervisor etc. You cannot discriminate,assume that majority of 18 year olds do not do the job properly and are always on their devices and does not listen to the supervisor.
