I feel like the answer to this varies depending on what school you are at and their level of access to technology. We haven't really stopped to define "technology" here yet, and I think it's safe to assume we are referring to computer-based technology, or even "electrical-dependent" technology, but those terms are easily misconstrued as well despite the fact that most people reading this probably understand what it means. That being said, anything human-made (or not existing in the natural world) can be considered technology. 
So I like to think there are still books, pencils, paper, and chalkboards. At least the classroom in my mind has those.
