         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am a head teacher and an English language teacher. Unfortunately, we don't have an ICT administrator&nbsp; in the Gimnasia. 2 ICT teachers of ours manage some ICT aspects in the classrooms and computer labs. In my view, an ICT administrator must have a very good qualification.&nbsp;<br>Personally, I attend a lot of trainings, sessions, workshops, virtual universities, webinars and have completed&nbsp; loads of online courses concerning teaching with technology, cloud services, digital citizenship, amplifying student voice, teaching student-lead computer science advocacy etc. I am a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Skype Master Teacher and Teacher Trainer.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The similar situation exists in many schools: low school budget, outdated hardware, lack of ICT equipment. I wish every school could have ICT labs equipped with the latest computer hardware and have a 1:1 student computer ratio. One of the ways out is to apply for international grants and get the financial support.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Every head teacher has to have a vision. But Vision without Action is simlply passing the time. Action with Vision help us make positive changes. Training and professional skills development are of great importance for educators. Personally I have attended a lot of trainings and PD courses and encouraged my colleagues to join online communities for educators in order to be better prepared to teach our students the 21st century skills. At present I'm enrolled in some trainings from LUV, Microsoft, Cisco, eTwinning, ВУМ (Open Maidan University).</div>]]></description>
