Unfortunately, we don't have an ICT administrator  in the Gimnasia. 2 ICT teachers of ours manage some ICT aspects in the classrooms and computer labs. In my view, an ICT administrator must have a very good qualification.

I wish every school could have ICT labs equipped with the latest computer hardware and have a 1:1 student computer ratio. We appointed 30 students as Digital Leaders and gave them some basic training: troubleshooting printers, projectors, connectivity, use of the network and so on. But Vision without Action is simlply passing the time. Action with Vision help us make positive changes. Training and professional skills development are of great importance for educators. Personally I have attended a lot of trainings and PD courses and encouraged my colleagues to join online communities for educators in order to be better prepared to teach our students the 21st century skills.
