For the first day is a day of report myself to doing intern in this day that the manager need to teach me about my work.

The manager was tell me about the day of work and tell about how the management of timetable during work.

The manager was tell me about the scope of my work is as a Quality Control (QC) and as a Front Office.

The work as a QC is to make sure the condition of the room is in a good condition after the housekeeping was doing their work.

Me will bring a sanitizer, cloth and a walkie talkie that it will be easier for me to communicate with the counter.

*The issue that i was faced is about the work that it was make me a little bit confused.

This day i was doing my work as a QC that to make sure the room was in a good condition that all the utilities at the room was been function.

They also teach me how to delete the data in the card holder after the guest was check out from the room that it will be used to the next customer.

The advantages i was get from this work it a little bit a tired but it also give a satisfied because if the guest feel happy with the condition of the room.

The issue i get at this day i was been scold with the guest but the worker at the hotel was help me to settle the problem of the guest.

I was have make a QC section the same thing i do.

I was help the maintenance to paste the sellotape at the carpet every floor.

I was help them to push the trolley with the 4 carton bottle into the store. 

I was rushing to close the pipe at the toilet to avoid a leaking at the bathroom.

I was have to make sure what the problem of room that i will report to the front office or maintenance. 

Quality control job is work that to make sure the condition room is in a good condition that it will acceptable to the guest.

For your information i will sanitize the room and double check if the housekeeping doing well their job to avoid any problem in the room.
