         <description><![CDATA[<div>We worked on our IDPD.  We finished the end of the 1st Quarter data.  <br>We worked on the next math unit. We planned lessons until Winter Break. <br>In writing,  we worked on  a writing unit for the next 2 weeks of school.  <br>We also worked on getting our next 2 weeks of lesson plans in place.  </div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We created fluency folders to target students who are being progressed monitored from the data.<br>We created more CFAs by looking at the data from Lexia and from Reading A-Z to see what standards and comprehension skills are students are needing reinforcement. We planned lessons until break.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We looked at Lexia data and matched it with our progress monitoring scores and focused on students needing extra skill work.&nbsp; We grouped the students and plan to implement the skill lessons to small groups and individuals during Daily 5 centers once or twice a week.&nbsp; We also looked at Lexia data to see which students need more time on the program versus those who can focus on other skills. We also discussed benchmarking and which students are seeing growth and why and which strategies are working for these students.</div>]]></description>
