Bread in the toaster in you hop!

(children all jump under the parachute)

Bread in the toaster down you drop.

(we lower the chute and the children crouch down)

Bread in the toaster getting hot

(we shake the chute)

Toast in the toaster up you POP!

(we lift the chute high and the children jump up)


As we are getting the chute out we have a chat about who had what for breakfast and then I announce that I haven't eaten breakfast yet! So I'm going to pop them in my toaster and eat them up, if that's alright?!

She wanted to sing it evertime time I looked after her. It is great for self regulation and prediction and listening skills. Great for kids from 18 months to stat learning these skills. Have enjoyed in playgroup too.
