I think that won't be a big problem because there are many shopping opportunities nearby and it’s only a chord 0.4 miles walk to Victoria train station and 0.5 miles to Manchester Piccadilly train, bus and tram stations. There is also a bus station  at a distance of 0.1 mile. So it’s a very easy and  quick trip to the city.I have amazing news for you, they ask £140 000 so that’s £10 000 under your budget. There is a fully integrated modern kitchen with appliances. One bathroom, a double bedroom and a hallway with storage cupboard. There is an open plan lounge and dinner area, because of this you have enough space to invite guests if you want to. This space isn’t decorated so you can use the £10 000 to furniture it. The property is offered with vacant possession. There is a well maintained communal courtyard offering a peaceful spot. It is located in the heart of Manchester so it is easy to get everywhere and even if you were to go a little bit further there is a subway station within 0.2 miles from where you live so can easily move around the whole city. The apartment itself is a very modern type of apartment. It is located on the first floor so you don’t have to worry about the moving, it won’t be too difficult. It has a very modern bathroom with a glass shower. The property is sold fully furnished so all you have to move is your personal stuff. The kitchen is new and looks really good because of the blue lights that light up the white room. It has everything you need such as a dishwasher and a fridge. There is even a small table for you to have your breakfast so that you don’t have to move everything to your dining table. The living area is very spacious and you could easily fit in another table so that you could have a couple of friends over. There is a couch and a TV for you to watch when you’re tired after a long day at work. In the living area there is a large window so that a lot of natural light comes in. it gives the place a really natural feeling. The area around the property is filled with bars, restaurants and shops so you can go to take a nice walk in your free time.
