The Ernesto Cesaro Institute has always had the goal of civil growth and of the professional qualification of the citizens of the entire district of Torre Annunziata Naples in Italy . A population of 18,000 students used our school to carry out their life project.
The current structure, characterized by more than 20 laboratories, special classrooms, projection rooms, a library and modern sports and fitness facilities, is organized in two locations.

  • Ransomware allow criminal organization to rapidly cash out the effort of their illegal activities,despite the numerous recommendation to avoid paying the ransom, a large number of victims prefer  to pay it to decrypt their documents.I think the school shoul not pay.

  • What should the school do now?The only most importan think can do that school needs to be prepared for emergencies including ransomware, is to have  aregulary uodate and secure backup.
    What should you do to prevent this happening in your school?
  • Needs to include any external drives such usUsb thumb drive as well as any network or cloud file store to wich you have assigned a driver letter. So your back up needs to be on an external drive.

  • What would you say to the media?
