         <title>what motivates me?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I train almost every day in the gym lifting weights. In my gym we have Micky Mckay who is a successful bodybuilder and i train with him from time to time. This motivates me because he has made a change in alot of peoples life through personal training and i would like to do the same. <br><br>Seeing other athletes in the gym training also motivates me because i want to be the best i possibly can and other atheletes give me that motivation. <br><br>What i would like to do?<br><br>I would like to make a positive change in my community. I would love to help the younger generation stay focused on something positive so that the chances of them going off track are slim. I would also like to make changes in people as a personal trainer. Seeing someone improve and get more confidence would be an ultimate goal for me.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>I like having my own freedom and the biggest positive i think is the amount of discount you get off of Myprotein. <br><br>I also like how i have moved to a city from a town and it feels like a fresh start. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Negatives of being a student? </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br>Not training in my gym back at home is a big negative for me as i do not feel like the gyms in Derby are as suited for my sport.<br><br>I also have friends and family at home that i will not see as much. </div>]]></description>

         <title>My life story </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>I have lived my whole life in Corby and i played alot of English pool when i was younger. I got into the county when i was 12 and played for Northamptonshire, i had England trials but i didnt go because my family are scotish (you can call me a plastic jock). I also played alot of golf and got down to a handicap of 8 when i was 13. I stopped playing golf due to a girl. I started lifting weights when i was 16 and have not stopped since. I would like to do a bodybuilding show next year but it all depends on my position. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
