The stigma being that as a generation they have adopted what older generations did not possess: Laziness, Entitlement, and lack and and all work ethic. I am here to convince you otherwise in some places, and explain the reasons behind the rest.

We look for the difference between Millenials and older generations, That defining aspect that makes us so very different and is the driving force behind the stigmas we know today and we spot it right away; the boom of technology. but what affect does this exactly have? you may ask. two words: Instant Gratification. 

In this world of instant Gratification through technology we lost Patience; an undervalued skill set. where every action has an reaction we devalue those things that take time to form, and now you see the issue.

The work place is not a thing of fast changes, and with Millenials comes a desire to work for something that has an "Impact". But nothing good comes easy, and when  that expected impact does not come an the fruit of labor is not seen the will to work vanishes, and so the unemployment goes up.
