         <description><![CDATA[<div>When they talked about "not validating friend's experience" to me it meant that just because you feel a way about something doesn't mean that your friend can't feel a different way. It can get in the way of friendship because you might say something that the other person is insecure about, and doesn't like to talk about which can hurt their feelings. </div>]]></description>
