So Justin and he's siblings moved in to there grandparents house until there mom got enough money to buy a house.   
  The neighborhood changed during time. Drugs have been taken to the  neighborhood. And Justin new with that around he's future was fragile. 
As Justin grow up he's didn't want anything to do with drugs or any of that.
