Are there ways to "sell" this concept to faculty beyond emphasizing student learning? What can it help faculty with?

I'm developing a whole program for faculty about learning-centred teaching at an institution in Pakistan, mostly asynchronous, and will use this extensively!

I used to think that creating microlectures require technical expertise. Now I think that I just need to find the right tech. :)

I'm stoked about the Harvard thinking plans, which is a bonus thing to learn! But a more relevant action is to share the planning template with faculty who have expressed interest in micro-lectures, but have been hesitant based on being unsure where to begin.
