Collaboration is key to the success of my students in special education. I communicate daily with general education teachers & other colleagues to share information about how our students are doing and how we need to adjust instruction and other needs of our students. We utilize the PBIS app daily to communicate how our students are performing. This is super helpful pieces of data that help support our students.

I feel like I spend a lot of my time collaborating with other teachers both gen ed and special education. I also feel that some amount of collaboration is needed with parents. I want parents to not only feel involved but like they are a active part of their student's education.
