There is an unkind relationship between the government and the Aboriginal people. There is not a language barrier but an invasion of English. There aren't grocery stores close to here which can be seen as a deficit. Also, there aren't public schools within walking distance of a lot of housing. The bigger circle is more kid friendly but there was signage warning people to not walk through the park alone after dusk. There was also closed off concrete spaces which would be a beautiful space for a park. There are more chic coffee shops and boutiques towards this side. There is also a government building and family services within this area in impressive buildings.
