Having confidence levels high in business is important to be able to engage with customers and influence them to purchase your product (Greenacre, 2014). This was one of my most important goals to improve upon and being able to express myself with presentations, blogs and social media posts has helped me reach the confidence level I am currently at. 
We tried to stick to a regular posting schedule with 2 posts a week per social media platform. We also had specific times to post, for example, after researching post engagement we decided it was best to post around 5 o'clock midweek and make sure to never post on Sunday (Agnihotri et al, 2016).
Lastly, Hugh emphasised how important blog will be for his future website. After some blog writing research I understood its importance. Blogs can be used in SEO to drive more people to the website and can be very useful to engage your audience (Lijander, 2015)
