As we know, in our offices there is a quite considerable deficiency in the system in general. There is a problem of presentation of information at the user level, which generates many problems, such as
- Eliminate Bureaucracy
- Reducing the Cycle Time
For the case of eliminating bureaucracy, a tool of our own authorship will be used to define which activities of the subprocesses present elements of bureaucracy, and together with this to locate the causes that produce it and at the same time the solutions that can be developed to eliminate this aspect.

Reduce cycle time
This is one of the main points of improvement that we are looking for. Cycle time is an important point in the service provided to the customer, for this we will focus more people to carry out the processes and we will train employees to provide better service and better information regarding the grants.
We have more complications in this area, but by being at the forefront we can reduce these problems for better service and better information for people who come to the offices.

_{As a candidate, my campaign proposal in the Security and Citizen Coexistence environment will take on one of the greatest challenges in Honduras and my vision is to be able in the coming years to overcome citizen insecurity that requires firmness and political will. 4. FRONTAL FIGHT AGAINST CRIMES WITH THE GREATEST IMPACT THAT AFFECT CITIZEN SAFETY

All in order to have a government of authority with strict adherence to the laws that guarantees the safety of all Hondurans without distinction. For these policies to be successful, each State institution is required to fulfill its constitutional roles and missions, but with concrete and tangible results in the short and medium term. For this purpose, a course of action must be determined that also allows a better use of public resources, vote for me and we will guarantee the security that we long for in our country.}
