To me, ethics is about doing what feels right in your heart and treating others with honesty and respect. Furthermore, it is about being guided by values like kindness, fairness, and responsibility, even when no one else is watching. I believe an ethical leader is someone who leads with compassion and integrity. An ethical leader sets an example through their actions, showing fairness, honesty, and respect in everything they do. They listen to others, take responsibility for their choices, and create a sense of safety and trust among those they lead. Others not only through power, but also through their genuine care and commitment to doing what is right.

My name is Bridgette Freeman. I was born in Los Angeles, CA. I currently live in Compton, CA. I am married with three beautiful children and two dogs. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I work in Community Mental Health for an agency called Shields for Families. The population I work with is children. I am a Lead Therapist and have two staff members that I supervise.
