What I can analyze from the realtor behavior is that she have a poor view of the world. She seemed to still hold on old beliefs and wrong ideas, which in turn made her fearful of the unknown or different. She even have made it clear that the Muslim couple are guilty of something that their homeland is responsible for and that she would be ashamed to live next to those of different races.

On the other hand the bystanders were against the view of the realtor when the stood by the Black American couple and the Muslim couple. Some went as far as wanting to report the women because of the way she treated the couples which was the case of the last guy who seemed to be Mexican or Latino and probably have been in a similar situation himself.
