Yes,we are too dependent on electronic media we can't do anything without the help of electronic devices if we want some sort of information related to any topic we didn't find it what we just do just google it and offcourse at last we find the answer very easily and if we are feeling hungry we order food online on any website or app like food panda etc and if any type of event is coming we just order clothes online so these things are making us lazy and also too much use of electronic devices affect our physical and mental health but important thing is balance we should look for balance in every aspect but yeah there is also some advantages because in lockdown we can't go outside so we can pay bill online,we buy clothes online and also internet keep us updated that what's going in our country and so many things so the main thing is everything has advantages and disadvantages it's depend on us how we use it and how much we use it

May be you know if you know then tell me the social apps you are using is that much important or they are the wastage of time some social apps are also important like YouTube as you all know from YouTube you can earn money by making videos and also some social apps are quite wastage of time you are just scrolling and scrolling and wasting your time I am not saying that don't use social apps use it but in a manner also social apps are also important by using social apps you know how to interact with each other and if you don't you can also become hostile
