On friday we can have a set time in class where students are free to write. But students will write reflections  of the week, or pros and cons of that week. After writing they will read their work. They will then set a goal that they can do over the weekend to help make their week a better one.

I can make a google form that kids can fill out whenever they wish.  They can give shout outs to their peers which we can share every Monday (to start off the week right). By making others feel good, we too feel better!
