•Staff are rushing to put together an update before a meeting for the sake of it - not becuase the updates are valuable

•Staff struggle to attend these because they no longer see the full value in meetings and will prioritise other work

•However, a lot of staff still appreciate coming together and having general discussions with peers

•No longer in an immediate post SEP world - these meetings likely need a review now to ensure they're valuable

•The Terms of Reference for meetings and how they are Chaired/organised

•Where the value lies in having certain meetings

•Are there Teams channels where we could combine teams? Or set-up specific Teams chats when it comes to certain work/projects?

Having all teams in one big room could be more helpful, more comfortable, easier to approach people.

For the interns this would help hugely. So much moving. Often working on Things where they’re in the wrong location for the task.

Lots of teams chats. Is it too many? Some people would like more. Maybe a teams chat to link pairs of teams, eg connecting Iag to a&p etc
