         <description><![CDATA[<div>OMM is considered a play-novelette because it tells a story through more dialogue then explanation.&nbsp;<br><br>Imagery examples from the barn scene with Lennie and the puppy is: "The afternoon sun sliced in through the cracks of the barn walls and lay on bright lines in the hay,"&nbsp;<br>- pg. 84 of Of Mice and Men&nbsp;<br><br>When the characters speak they use, ol', jus', wun't, and awright to reflect the time period.&nbsp;<br><br>The characters are developed through their words and actions in the beginning, George and Lennie are developed by their interactions with each-other. George telling Lennie no and Lennie getting mad at George for telling him no.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
