This article from the APA magazine, InMotion, will be of interest to all students, but perhaps more particularly, to those in Bendigo

Welcome to the PTY3PDB resource Padlet
Welcome to the PTY3PDB resource Padlet
This Padlet, is basically a cloud-based bulletin board, originated and designed just for you.

You need to check it frequently. All announcements to students will displayed here, as well as in the Announcements Forum.

You are all free to post whatever you like here, relating to PDB, with the qualifications that respecting others is a fundamental assumption, remembering that it is a public wall and this is a professional environment.

We will post interesting content related to PDB. There will be quiz questions to test your learning, photo's, articles, movies...anything we find that we might think you'll find interesting.

You might post questions on the week's material, or raise issues from the pracs.

You might come across a great resource to share with the group. You might discover a better way to perform a technique. We have found that a Padlet is a more interesting and fun way for students to engage and share, compared to student forums.

While we will make all announcements here (coloured blue), the student questions forum is still in play and will be checked. You may ask questions on this Padlet, as well.

When you post, use your name as an identifier, as I have below.

This Padlet is yours. Get engaged with it.

- Phillip

Hi Phillip
Our understanding of special tests is they test for one specified condition, if this is a correct definition, is the scapular retraction test a special test or strength test? In the prac manual it is an extension of strength tests, but we are wondering does the definition you wrote "testing for scapular involvement in a positive strength test" mean it is special test for scapular involvement?
Asking because we want to include it in the correct section in the assignment objective assessment.
Thanks
Keely
