Even worse, your friends back home miss you, you miss them too. With immense guilt, you are forced to move on, just like how you actually moved on.

To worrying too much and to drain your bucket, you can just talk to someone and they might be able to help you fix it. And, I think talking to someone about the issue is the best way to drain your bucket and to help you.
