I like wikipedia because it has lots of information for a lot of different things. People, events, politics, sports, etc. It is beneficial for me because it is my main source of knowledge when I am interested in something.

Many of my teacher would use kahoot before a test and I really enjoyed it. I think that the timer and having to answer fast was what helped me memorize terms and it was very beneficial.

It's really good for reviewing for APs and I used it a lot in high school because it has a lot of content on pretty much all the APs and there are quizzes and review sheets you can also use to help you study. They also have online study rooms that you can start by yourself or join other people's if you need help with a specific subject/just want to study with other people. I don't use the AP review stuff anymore but the study rooms were really helpful because I can keep track of my tasks and set timers for my work.

The New York Times

I enjoyed using the New York time in class because of how relevant it could be. You could also research past events as well. My school also had a subscription for the students so we had access to all of it.

I have always used quizlet when preparing for tests in school. I found it very helpful to write up mock quizzes and even provide digital flash cards. This resource is beneficial because it saves you time while providing multiple ways to study.

I enjoy Pinterest, it has a lot of images that are tailored to your interests. I can often find a lot of inspiration on the app be it crocheting, fashion, room ideas, etc. It's also just very fun to scroll through.

A benefit of using Quill is AI powered feedback from your own writing and prompts that the website provides you. It is very efficient, as it can provide feedback within seconds of reading it. A drawback with using Quill is that it is not a website meant for young kids. There is not games or cartoon like things on it, and that disconnects with kids. You could let English class students use Quill to improve their writing and comprehension skills.

Math games is beneficial for kids because it helps them with providing pictures and giving them a chance to practice the problems. I would integrate this into my class by assigning it to my students in the morning for morning work to get their brains going or assign it after I just taught a math lesson relevant to the topic.

This website looks like something that would be extremely beneficial in a kindergarten class. One benefit of it is that you can create any type of game that you want and just download the app onto the kids iPads. Giving kids a game to play in order to learn is something that would keep them engaged for long periods of time. One drawback of this resource is that some students may not have access to iPads to download the app to play the games. For my lesson design project I am focusing on teaching upper and lowercase letters of the alphabet and I think created games to go along with it would be very beneficial for my students.

Benefits: It's an enjoyable way for children to learn and the learning outcomes are credible and trackable

Drawbacks: The subscriptions can be expensive so not everyone can have access to it unless a school pays for it/the family can afford it

It can be used as an engaging way to teach children about pretty much any subject because there are fun characters and activities involved with the videos

Brain Pop is very effective when it comes to working with kids. It is a website that has videos that cover a broad selection of different topics. It is meant to be used in elementary classrooms. One drawback of Brain Pop is that it appeals to the younger generation more than it does to older students now, but it can still be useful for anyone.

The benefits of this Sesame Street website is that within my lesson of teaching rhyming words, my students will be able to access games, videos, art, etc.. where they can be hands on and further their learning about rhyming words. I can integrate this website into my learning because it is easy to navigate, has bright colors to draw in my students and their is options of hands on learning with the drawing tool, repetition where they can watch videos on rhyming to even games that keeps them engaged, but still learning.

The benefits of BrainPOP are that this digital resource provides a lot of content for different lessons/subjects. The videos are high energy and fun for little kids to watch and a fun way to learn. BrainPOP also provides quizzes at the end of the videos to make sure the student is understanding the content and what they had just watched. The drawbacks of this digital resource could be that the kids could get distracted easily by the robot in the videos and not really focus on the lesson itself. I remember using this as a kid in elementary school and I usually got distracted by the animations in the videos and didn't really pay attention to the lesson the robot was teaching. I can integrate this resource into my teaching by introducing a new topic/lesson with one of the BrainPOP videos to give the students an introduction to what we are going to be learning for the day. I can also have the students complete the end of video quiz independently to make sure everyone in the classroom is understanding the content.

This is cool Application because it allows you to paint in 3D. I haven't see a medium like this before. Although it seems super fun, I'm not sure how much use you could get out of it because it is just on a screen. You also have to have a VR set up which can be expensive and isn't super accessible.

You can use any of the freely available games to help students focus and engage in certain topics in math classes/lessons.

This source provides multiple ways for children to grow their reading comprehension skills. Some benefits this resource provides include ways to improve their fluency, word recognition, and reading. Unfortunately a negative of this site is that a lot of the videos seem to be outdated and note very recent. By using this source in the classroom you can provide your students with new and unique learning styles.

News-O-Matic is a great way for students to enjoy reading in a different way, while reading it highlights words and then you are able to click on the words and it will show you the definition. You can also click on the little globe in the right hand corner and it will take you to a map and it locates where this event happened how far it is etc. I would integrate this into reading time so they can read and explore different subjects or assign it for a specific lesson.
