Government departments include education and culture. The tribe does not maintain its own law enforcement department. However, it is in the process of developing a program through contracts with the BIA and the county sheriff’s office currently provides services.”

They receive help from many different foundations and agencies to complete projects that helps out their tribe.  LA84 Foundation and the Nike N7 Foundation helped them build a new basketball court on the reservation. The Environmental Protection Agency's Tribal Border Infrastructure  funded the construction of the wastewater treatment facility.
