We decided that this was very hard for fine arts. We are all in a continual assessment/ react mode. But, we agreed that the idea of shared goals is where we can meet the most.

Summative and Formative

Summative done well is the end of unit projects that show student creativity and understanding.

Formatives are daily check-ins for CompSci are more sporadic and can be daily checks.

Good collaboration for both can be discussing different strategies and check in methods

Sharing ideas within the department. It can be pedagogy, classroom management. This would be good to do across the department. Content related ideas that could work across the languages. This could be done in department meetings.
