When people with differing personalities come together to collaborate, there is a high level of trust that must exist between students to ensure that:

  • Each team member is able to contribute to the final product.
  • Team members are open to others' ideas.  
  • Each team member feels confident with the quality of the work.
  • Each team member has confidence that the assignment will be completed on time.
