         <description><![CDATA[<div>He implemented higher taxes, a tax code, road and sewer systems.&nbsp;Some the things Napoleon implemented were successful like centralised administration of government, a higher education system, a central bank, and other etc. Which has a big impact on us today. They were most beneficial Bonapartist, and any  19th century supporters of Napoleon. The Napoleonic code is several branches of law, including commercial and criminal law, and divided civil law into categories of property and family. It was beneficial for men over their families.   </div>]]></description>
