As mentioned in the film, people with disabilities do not feel ashamed because of their disabilities, and they feel more deeply that they are excluded, which is a topic that society can never avoid. crip camp brings a different perspective to the general audience, and the optimism that turns camp into Woodstock is really cool.
Morris Dickstein says that the 1960s were at the heart of "a shift in consciousness behind public events, an era of individual liberation, generational solidarity, social conscience, and political commitment." Everyone speaks for it, for race, for gender, for self. From the spirit of the Grateful Dead and Woody Stoker to hippie summer camps and jokes about sex, to plain video footage recreating the struggles of Judy Heumann and others spanning decades. What it wants to tell the audience is that if you don't know how to inherit that spirit and don't climb dozens of steps, no change will really happen.
The film says that we realize that the problem is not with the disabled, but with us. The world should not only provide healthy people with living conditions, but also need us to help the disabled more. In fact, the so-called disability is not only a physical disability, each of us may become disabled at some time or some place. For example, it's not my first time in America, but it's my first time here as a student. My spoken English is not very good, and I am not familiar with the living habits and food here, so sometimes I feel a little frustrated. I think I also became a "disabled person". But I often receive a lot of kindness: the care of teachers, the help of classmates, the friendliness of strangers... All this makes me less afraid of this new life.

I think the father in the film cannot accept the sushi that his daughter likes, which is very empathetic. I admire the female lead's courage to confront the boss and fight for her rights.

I think the overall film is very interesting, but some of the food production process is a bit sloppy. The taboo of inserting chopsticks into rice at the end was just a passing remark, and I thought it would lay the groundwork.

I think this is a very down-to-earth chicken soup. No matter where we come from, what language we speak, what gender we are, and what age we are, we can achieve the life we want through diligence, which is worthy of respect.

I think this is a good film about Native American themes, reflecting the current problems of many Native Americans. Explored a series of issues related to alcohol abuse and racial discrimination in Indian reservations, which allowed me to gain a better understanding of this group that I was originally unfamiliar with. This is actually a part of American history and culture that I am very unfamiliar with. Thank you for letting me see more diversity of American culture in this movie. At the same time, it also sparked my thinking: Is alcoholism a way for Native Americans to escape reality or protect themselves? I think more and better ways may be needed to achieve reconciliation between different ethnic groups.

This is a humorous narrative about the never-ending class struggle, rooted in a long history and spreading to today's social and political context. Both extremes are in a state of flux, echoing the montage at the climax. It has both comedic effects and dramatic tension: the comedic elements are very enduring, the script is cleverly set, and the insertion of news materials at the end appears deliberately straightforward. At the age of Spike Lee, it is rare to still maintain his fiery and righteous spirit. He divides black and white according to the party system, and expresses his anger through joking.ointed out. It's also just right for the popularization of science by the KKK Party and the criticism of "The Birth of a Country". It uses undercover stunts to complete a political drama, Compared to movies like 'Escape from Deadly Town', it is bound to be much more advanced, and even in recent years, the vast majority of racial films have lost their luster in front of this one.
Additionally, Spike Lee really loves jazz.
