1) Recycling - Plastic items like bottles are supposed to be washed and sorted before being put in recycling bins but the people, especially elderly folks, may be unaware of this and thus throw the wrong items into the recycling bins. This is also inconvenient as we need to wash the items and sort them,.

2) Straws/disposables/cutlery -  many people do not bring their own straw, disposables and cutlery when buying food as this may be inconvenient/people may not have these reusable containers and cutlery.
