2) Yes to some degree. You can learn the ideas and reason behind things like colours, shapes, etc but how your mind is naturally drawn to utilise such tools and ideas to form an outcome can be unique to some creative invidual.

3) No. Creativity is a skill. Important but not the only factor that matter. When working in teams, i tend to lean on creatives as a point of perspective that differs from my own. Hard work is just putting effort to fulfil but you cannot put in all the effort to achieve an outcome with creativity.

creativity in my academic program: early childhood is to think of engaging and fun lessons for children that are different from traditional lessons (e.g. teacher speak and children listen, learning through memorising)

2) Creativity is something that is born both out of imagination, experience and daringness. In order to propose a novel solution that is rooted in ground truth and feasible, it takes experience to know what are the real world implications, but it also requires imagination to think outside the box, and also daringness to oppose conventional norms, in order to achieve results via unorthodox methods

3) Creativity is an appreciated trait, but it is also understated that other traits are just as importance, such as hard work, humility, empathy and more. Being able to think outside the box is one aspect, but being able to exercise your imagination in a real world setting while being sensitive to personnel requirements and limitations, is just as important, to show practicality to upper leadership, and also demonstrate care for personnel under their leadership.

Unconventional thinking and the use of your imagination. Someone who is not restrained or controlled too much.

E.g In healthcare, to be a nurse can be a daunting job in many people perception. Working long shift, taking care of the patients carefully, etc. So to change all of this stereotypes that nursing is a boring job, there are some institution nurses who created TikTok account and leverage on trends where they use young nurses to show the work process and play some games, proving that being a nurse is not entirely a boring and daunting job. I think thats creativity

Yes, I believe that creativity can be taught as you will need knowledge first to understand the fundamentals before all the creative juice comes up to help innovate the ideas.

I think creativity is not really overrated but rather an important skills as sometimes it is good to have something out of the norms to catch our attention and who knows these ideas may help to contribute to make a better innovation.
